Honesty Goes A Long Way
Why do sales people try and hide the sales call as a service call? Surely it would be better to respect your prospect /customer by being polite, honest and to see if you can genuinely help rather than disguising the reason for a call. We live in the 21st century so let’s get with it. There are numerous reasons why the decision maker won’t speak with you so don’t lie in your message about why you want to speak with them.
