A new resource for marketers in the UK has been launched, with a wealth of information and advice for business-to-business campaigners.

Marketing Donut has the high-profile backing of Google and Royal Mail and aims to support firms in their direct marketing drives.

The resource’s website will feature video content as well as useful tips from experts in the industry, all free of charge.

“Given increased pressure to perform, businesses are really looking for a competitive edge – and most small businesses are seeking high quality marketing information,” said James Elias, Google UK’s head of business marketing.

He continued: “Marketing Donut is a valuable resource where they’ll be able to compare different forms of marketing in one place and get the advice and support they want. We’re pleased to be involved.”

While there will be no advertising on Marketing Donut, firms are being invited to register to the site and hand out advice.
